Educational services, namely, providing instruction and training at the undergraduate and graduate levels, providing continuing professional education classes in the fields of architecture, business, design, fashion, health, science and textiles; providing educational research programs for the study of architecture, business, design, fashion, health, science and textiles; providing continuing professional education conferences, seminars and workshops in the fields of architecture, business, design, fashion, health, science and textiles; conducting conferences, seminars and workshops relating to the study of architecture, business, design, fashion, health, science and textiles; publication of newsletters, monographs, newspapers, books, commemorative programs and other electronic and printed publications relating to the educational services provided, none of the aforementioned services being for advertising materials; and entertainment services in the nature of the presentation of a variety of intercollegiate sporting events, namely, baseball, basketball, field hockey, golf, lacrosse, softball, cross-country running, rowing, tennis and volleyball events
