THE MARK CONSISTS OF A DESIGN OVER THE ENTIRE VISIBLE PORTION OF A GOLF CLUB SHAFT, I.E. THAT PORTION NOT COVERED BY THE GRIP OR THE HOSEL. SAID DESIGN CONSISTS OF A SILVER VERTICAL STRIPE WHICH COVERS AN ARC OF APPROXIMATELY 15% TO 20% OF THE CIRCUMFERENCE OF THE SHAFT AND WHICH INTERFUSES IN BOTH DIRECTIONS OVER AN ARC OF APPROXIMATELY 5% TO 10% OF THE CIRCUMFERENCE OF THE SHAFT INTO AN ADJACENT SECOND VERTICAL STRIPE OF GUN-METAL BLUE COVERING APPROXIMATELY 60% TO 70% OF THE CIRCUMFERENCE OF THE SHAFT.
