Providing independent living facilities; providing assisted living facilities; providing memory care facilities in the nature of independent living and assisted living facilities; providing childcare services at child development centers

Providing long-term care facilities; providing long-term memory care facilities; home health care services; rehabilitation patient care services

Continuing care at home, namely, providing in-home support services and personal care for elders; in-home support services to elder persons, namely, care management services in the nature of the coordination of necessary services and personal care for older individuals
