Educational services, namely, conducting seminars, workshops, conferences, and lectures in the field of psittacine birds and distribution of educational materials and resource guides in connection therewith; publication of the printed resource guides and other printed educational materials, namely, books and newsletters in the field of psittacine birds; charitable services, namely, providing an avian sanctuary in the nature of a permanent refuge for parrots where members of the public can view parrots in their natural habitat
