Providing community educational services, namely, providing classes in the field of CPR training, art, Spanish language and dog obedience; Entertainment services, namely, golf tournaments, car shows, and live music concerts; providing recreational park services and recreational facilities, and organizing community festivals and other special events consisting of Christmas holiday festival, annual Fire Department barbecue for entertainment purposes, City of Murrieta birthday festival and annual Easter egg hunt; library service
