Year-round recreational services, namely, providing services and facilities for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, golf, horseback riding, sight-seeing, tennis, swimming, and organizing and conducting social events and community festivals in the nature of parties, [ fairs, ] sporting events, [ art exhibits, and flea and farmers' markets ] and the like; and providing instruction in the field of skiing and snowboarding
