Home health care services, namely, skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, medical social work services that connect individuals and families with the necessary community resources and supports they need to achieve a higher level of well-being, hospice services, primary care physician services, habilitation services to assist individuals with physical or developmental disabilities to improve life skills and independent functioning, behavioral health services, home health aide services, medication counseling and management, physical rehabilitative services, and palliative care services primarily provided to pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients in their own homes; telemedicine services in the nature of telehealth services, remote care services, and virtual health care services, namely, providing medical, nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, health care consultation, and other health care services over the telephone and via the internet through the use of personal computers, smartphones, tablets, and mobile wireless devices via video, email, or other telehealth methods; charitable services, namely, providing home health care services to those in need, including skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, medical social work services that connect individuals and families with the necessary community resources and supports they need to achieve a higher level of well-being, hospice services, primary care physician services, habilitation services to assist individuals with physical or developmental disabilities to improve life skills and independent functioning, behavioral health services, home health aide services, medication counseling and management services, physical rehabilitative services, and palliative care services primarily provided to pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients in their own homes

Providing patient case management services, namely, coordinating the procurement and administration of medical-, personal-, and social-care services; providing patient advocacy services, namely, coordinating and assisting patients with filling prescriptions, completing medical forms, contacting insurance companies and obtaining authorizations; non-medical personal care assistance of instrumental activities of daily living (iADLs) for pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients, namely, domestic tasks in the nature of housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, clerical work, pet care assistance, transportation, and shopping and running errands; social services, namely, in-home companionship services for pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients; bereavement consulting and counseling; grief counseling; religious pastoral counseling; providing social service in the nature of companionship services and bereavement counseling as rendered by organized and coordinated volunteers and care givers for individuals and families in need
