Educational and entertainment services for private club members and non-members in the nature of activities and presentations which would aim to increase public interest in the arts and related activities, namely, art exhibition services, organizing cultural and arts events, providing a website featuring information in the field of art, art history, art culture, art appreciation; expanding the artistic horizons of private club members and non-members interested in the arts and related activities by providing educational programs designed to further these purposes, namely, conducting lectures, symposia, panel discussions and gallery talks in the fields of art, art appreciation, art history, music, theater, dance, architecture, design and literature, organizing and conducting dance presentations, providing seminars, workshops and panel discussions all in the field of art, art appreciation, art history, music, theater, dance, architecture, design and literature; entertainment services for private club members and non-members in the nature of live visual and audio performances by visual artists, musicians, actors, dancers, and performance artists; maintaining a facility for private club members and non-members for the presentation of arts related activities and exhibitions, namely, providing facilities for films, plays, readings of literature, musical concerts, provision of facilities for art exhibits; acquiring by gift or purchase, and maintaining a permanent collection of fine art, and presenting temporary exhibitions of the fine arts in a gallery open to the private club members and non-members, namely, provision of facilities for art exhibits, art exhibition services, conducting art exhibitions, lending art to art institutions, conducting guided tours of an art exhibition museum and gallery; private club member services, namely, arranging, organizing, and hosting social events, get-togethers, and parties for club members, providing performing arts theater facility
