Medical and dentist services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities; Psychological services, namely, providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families and caregivers; Occupational therapy services; Speech therapy services; Physical therapy in the nature of movement therapy

Social services, namely, support services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, namely, personal care management, household management, and guardianship services; Life quality assessments for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families and caregivers; providing personal support services for caregivers of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, namely, companionship and emotional support; respite care to provide the caregiver with temporary, intermittent, substitute care of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and relieve the caregiver from the daily responsibilities of caring for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the nature of the same services provided with home care services, but on an intermittent or temporary basis
