Vocational education and training services, namely, conducting workshops and classes in the fields of development of coping skills, parenting skills and high school equivalency preparation, all within the milieu of substance abuse; vocational training programs for health counseling professionals in the fields of addition treatment and rehabilitation

Medical research in the field of drug and alcohol addiction, and addiction recovery, including clinical investigations focusing primarily on pain and addiction, transplant medicine and addiction and smoking cessation

Counseling in the field of motivation enhancement; vocational counseling; domestic violence counseling, all within the milieu of substance abuse; inpatient, outpatient, and residential addiction evaluation, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation services for individuals and families affected by substance abuse, namely, alcohol, drug and narcotic abuse; medical services, namely, withdrawal monitoring, detoxification, methadone, buprenorphine and other medical treatments for persons with drug and alcohol addictions; group, couples, and family counseling services relating to the counseling of families affected by drug and alcohol addiction and discharge planning to avoid relapses and relapse prevention
