"The 6 Levels of Leadership" is a leadership development training program and its contents designed to help managers become leaders. Levels one and two deal with Responsibility and Relationships respectively, correlating with the competencies normally associated with front line supervisory positions. Levels three and four focus on Results and Coaching, and pertain more to mid-level managers. Levels five and six are more descriptive of senior executives and deal with creating company culture and strategies for long term success. The program can be delivered in one, two or three day agendas, as an event or part of an ongoing process, and may also be licensed to client companies for internal delivery.
