Advertising, promotion, and marketing services in the nature of promoting student athletes for the purposes of generating name, image and likeness ("NIL") opportunities; Advertising, promotion, and marketing services in the nature of generating NIL opportunities for student athletes, while ensuring compliance with applicable collegiate and university guidelines; Commercial administration of the licensing of NIL of others; Negotiation of business contracts for others; Promotional advertising of products and services of third parties through sponsoring arrangements and license agreements relating to sporting events, personal apperances, photo opportunities, etc. in connection with NIL of student athletes; Promotional management for sports personalities
