Administration of programs to promote mental health assistance for law enforcement personnel and first responders; Providing information, public policy information and policy advocacy in the field of mental health of law enforcement personnel and first responders; Conducting and administering a program for promoting the implementation of mental health policies and practices, namely, a program for implementing policies and practices intended to enable law enforcement personnel and first responders to obtain mental health assistance and to improve the delivery of mental health care by providers and organizations to law enforcement personnel and first responders; Promoting public awareness of the need for implementation of mental health policies and practices to enable law enforcement personnel and first responders to obtain help
