financial sponsorship for the purposes of implementing small-scale projects to advance the education of children displaced by war in partnership with existing and emergent aid programs; charitable foundation services, namely, financial assistance for services and programs of others; philanthropic services concerning monetary donations; charitable services, namely, for providing financial support to charitable, educational, and non-profit institutions, organizations, and individuals for the purpose of advancing education of children displaced by war; charitable fundraising services for organizations working towards advancing the education of children displaced by war
