A service to a prospective buyer where a broker utilizes some readily available video conferencing software tools such as Facetime, Zoom, Skype, etc to permit an offsight walk thru tour of a property that is for sale such as real estate, Yachts, airplanes, etc. The prospective buyers is video conference with a selling broker and then verbally directs the broker to inspect and or walk thru the property that is for rent or for sale
