Equipment, asset and vehicle fleet management services, namely, business management and planning and preparing business reports regarding the end of product life span of industrial and commercial equipment, business assets and vehicle fleets; supply chain management services; and modeling and simulation analysis services, namely, business management consulting with relation to strategy, marketing, sales, operations, and product design particularly specializing in the use of analytic and statistic models for the understanding and predicting of market trends and actions, and performance based contract services where agreed to reductions in fleet or asset group maintenance costs are reduced by a fixed percent
