TekSkill is a web based testing tool that determines the skill level of technical applicants The tool is designed for technical and non-technical recruiters and others who need solid information about potential candidates and serves as a first level screening tool TekSkill works on a web server whose back end is a database that contains multiple data base tables for various topics and quizzes With over 1000 questions on any specific topic, individuals can select a timed quiz that will randomly select questions out of the database Quizzes will be available for beginner through advanced level for C, C++, Java, Networking, TCP/IP among others Results are immediate, with red tick marks are on the correct answers, time and date test was taken, and how often a test was taken on a specific topic The same questions are never repeated Authentication is verified at test location
