Promoting business through arranging and conducting special events and administration of a program to advocate for public policies that address structural inequity in the economy, namely, issues involving tech and the economy, with a focus on housing, workforce, and labor; Business research, development, and promoting public awareness of equitable corporate practices; Business consultation in the field of equity in the tech community; Charitable services, namely, business consultation and development of and implementation of processes for mobilizing tech workers and companies to advance structural change that addresses economic inequity, focusing on housing, workforce, and labor equity.

Educational services, namely, providing training, panel discussions, and classes in the field of structural inequities in the tech community, and providing educational facilities thereto.

Provision of conference, exhibition, and meeting facilities.
