providing emotional support services for families and caretakers of babies born prematurely by means of organizing and conducting support groups and programs in the field of postnatal care; organizing and conducting support groups in the field of lactation, parenting, coping, health and safety, and skills to encourage positive health outcomes for premature babies; providing case management services, namely, coordinating medical, physical, community resources, and personal care support services and distributing educational materials therewith for families and caretakers of premature babies; patient support and adherence services, namely, providing emotional support for families and caretakers of babies born prematurely to improve adherence to medical advice
