Computer application software for mobile phones and tablets, namely, software that will detect and monitor the user's general location using existing installed GPS software on the device, will compare that location and the time spent in that location against a separate database of jurisdictional tax rules to determine if the user has triggered various jurisdictional thresholds concerning their annual determined tax domicile, will read certain other applications on user's mobile device, such as calendars and travel related applications, to determine past or future anticipated travel locations and jurisdictions, will download documents related to such travel for cloud and local device based archival, and will produce reports summarizing such activities
