Tap Into Pride is a digital community designed to empower LBGTQ+ individuals on their journey of self-acceptance. Leveraging the power of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT tapping), meditation, and connection with the community, we provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their identity, build resilience, and foster personal growth. We also offer one-on-one EFT sessions, group sessions and online courses.
