The "Tailgate 29 Chef" trademark will designate a brand selling chef coats, bistro aprons, message fans, chef knives, pepper mills, etc. for use by collegiate and professional football and baseball fans during pre-and post-game parties in stadium parking lots, for hosting barbeque parties at home to watch sporting events on TV and by the industrial food service industry (defined as commerical corporate chains, eating places private and not for profit, drinking places, managed services, lodging places and retail vending, recreation and mobile)
