Training in firearms handling and tactics for law enforcement, military personnel, and law abiding private citizens; Training includes firearms safety, preparation for those going into military basic training or police academy, required training for citizens' initial or renewal concealed weapons permits, marksmanship and tactics training for competitive and/or defensive shooting, and practice methods to improve and maintain those perishable skills
