Library services, namely, catalog searches, alert services, global communications network searching, book and journal requests, and interlibrary loans; publication of booklets, reports, pamphlets, and announcements; videotape production; organizing and conducting exhibitions and events in the nature of award ceremonies recognizing excellence in the field of research and development; and conducting workshops, classes, seminars, and programs in the fields of science and engineering
