Leasing operating data center computer facilities for the colocation of computers and telecommunications equipment of others to provide interconnectivity between internet service providers, content providers, data service providers, carriers and component services providers and access to global computer networks; and providing computer services, namely, security and monitoring services for protecting and maintaining the physical environment and monitoring network systems; on-site technical support services, namely, performing simple equipment fixes, restarting power, reboots, diagnostics and troubleshooting; data recovery services, colocation services, namely, computer server, router and switch colocation services housing, monitoring and managing the equipment of others for providing access to global computer networks and/or as a back-up recovery facility
