Providing on-line registration services for psychiatric support animals and emotional support animals (ESA), namely, collecting, storing, displaying, verifying and certifying information regarding animals, service animals, emotional support animals, comfort animals, assistance animals, pets and their owners, and incorporating the issuance of kits consisting of printed certificates, animal leashes and collars, animal vests, identification cards and holders therefor attached to lanyards, animal collar tags and ornamental cloth patches.
