Non-alcoholic beverages, namely, margaritas and cocktail-inspired drinks containing cannabidiol (CBD) derived solely from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis; flavored non-alcoholic beverages containing hemp-derived CBD; all of the foregoing compliant with the U.S. Farm Bill and applicable federal laws.
