Provision of long term acute health care services in a hospital setting; medical rehabilitation services, namely, physical therapy services, occupational therapy services, speech therapy, physical therapy services for the hand, physical rehabilitation services for sports injuries and work-related injuries, neurological rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, and orthopedic rehabilitation provided by doctors, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists in an inpatient hospital setting for persons who are physically, neurologically and/or functionally impaired due to stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, post-surgical conditions, amputation, neuromuscular disorders, orthopedic conditions and musculoskeletal conditions; medical evaluation services, namely, functional assessment program for patients receiving medical rehabilitation services for purposes of guiding treatment and assessing program effectiveness; medical treatment and therapy in the field of pain management
