Entertainment services, namely, organizing and providing collegiate basketball competitions and games; provision of live and online basketball games and sporting events; organization of basketball tournaments and exhibitions; rental of stadium and sporting facilities for athletic events; providing information about collegiate athletic programs and competitions through digital and print media; production of audio and video content related to collegiate athletics and basketball; organization of athletic events, competitions, and championships; provision of sports-related entertainment services; fan engagement and community building services related to collegiate athletics and basketball, all of the foregoing relating to the University of Connecticut’s men’s basketball program and collegiate athletic endeavors competing in New York City and/or Madison Square Garden
