Educational services and training services, namely, lectures, seminars, and classes, for adults for the purpose of serving as foster parents for youth in foster care, including for the purpose of serving as foster parents for youth with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities in foster care; educational services and training services for young adults transitioning from foster care to independent living, namely, providing seminars, classes, and workshops to promote the development of everyday life skills

Providing temporary residential housing for children and youth for purposes of providing clinical evaluation, referral to specialty service providers, and ongoing therapeutic services; Respite care services for adults caring for youth in foster care in the nature of providing caregivers support by providing temporary day care and activities for youth in foster care
