Stars of Tomorrow is the racing program that provides a ladder system to advance North American racing participants to other forms of open wheel racing This program takes participants from karting to the Skip Barber racing series then subsequently to Indy Lights racing series and ultimately to Champ Car racing with Championship Auto Racing Teams
