Financial services, namely, operation and management of social impact funds; social impact fund investment services; philanthropic services concerning monetary grants and investments; charitable services, namely, making grants and investments for fulfilling immediate community and individual needs, dismantling the forces that perpetuate poverty, and promoting opportunities for economic growth for communities and individuals; community investment services, namely, capital investments in historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs), Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs), faith-based organizations and healthcare centers, and supporting and related entities and institutions; foundation services, namely, fundraising activities and investment management services to support and promote wealth creation, social mobility, and better health outcomes for individuals and communities most affected by unjust governmental policies
