Educational services, namely, conducting seminars, workshops, meetings and individualized tutoring programs in the field of individuals with disabilities and special needs and individuals who have dependents with disabilities or special needs and distribution of training material in connection therewith; providing recognition and incentives by the way of awards and contests to demonstrate excellence in the field of promoting employment, advancement, and workplace opportunities to people with disabilities and special needs and their families; training services in the field of available resources, educational opportunities, recruitment, disability awareness and etiquette, and emergency procedures all relating to people with disabilities or special needs and people who have dependents with disabilities or special needs
