A full-length, chaise lounge type cushion to lay on that has a pillow that may be flipped over for use when one lies on their back, that has openings for the knees and a ventilation opening at the top for one's face, all for use in maintaining proper body alignment when lying down and primarily for use when lying outdoors and during massages, but not for use in the bath nor for medical purposes
