community services for children, youth and families, namely, providing support services to survivors of domestic and family violence, namely, case management consisting of coordination of social and psychological services; assistance with safety planning in the nature of providing information regarding domestic abuse prevention and personal safety measures; restraining order assistance in the nature of general legal advice and emotional support services consisting of court appearance accompaniment; crisis intervention in the nature of supportive emotional counseling, emergency response teams to domestic violence and juvenile intervention calls in the nature of accompaniment of or follow-up of law enforcement response to provide emotional support; emotional counseling services in the field of appropriate in-home parenting; facilitating parent group emotional counseling sessions; assessment and emotional counseling service planning in the nature of coordinating assessment and counseling services for at risk youth, victims of abuse and their families; providing information in the field of child abuse prevention and intervention; delinquency prevention and intervention, in the nature of working with the juvenile justice system to provide alternatives to detention by providing services in the nature of serving as a liaison between juvenile offenders and their families and probation officers, assessment of protective and risk factors in determining whether a juvenile offender should be detained and criminal case advocacy
