Soulas is comprised of two women who facilitate, design and implement empowerment workshops, weekend retreats and rites of passage ceremonies and celebrations. Soulas also assist others in starting their own support groups. The word Soulas is created from the word "doula" also called a birth coach. Soulas provide support to women as they birth their dreams to live the longings of their Souls
