Providing temporary use of on-line non-downloadable software and applications for compiling information related to a vehicle and its normal occupants, namely, vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, preferred towing provider, emergency contacts, medical and health, medical insurance, driver's license, preferred service and maintenance provider, and preferred collision provider, and, in the event of an emergency, transmitting that information to emergency services providers that are notified in the event of the emergency
