Snowflake learns the user's behavior, personality, choices and preferences from the user's interaction with the Avaea interface, whether verbally, through touch, or gestures, and evolves with each user interaction, enhancing user experience and improving the efficiency of the user-centric services. Snowflake also enhances its knowledge about the user from external information sources such as public or private data bases
