Entertainment services, namely, development, creation, production, distribution, and post-production of television programs, films, video content, and an internet mini-series under the SNOW SHARKS brand; providing non-downloadable videos, images, audio recordings, and digital media via websites, streaming platforms, and mobile applications; providing online entertainment information, updates, and electronic publications related to SNOW SHARKS; organizing and conducting promotional events, fan gatherings, and special entertainment events associated with the SNOW SHARKS series; and providing ancillary entertainment services relating to current or future SNOW SHARKS productions, characters, storylines, and associated branded content.
