SNAP CAP

The product that will be named "Snap Cap" is a lid or cap which is a non-metal, normally plastic re-closable top that attaches or sits on the top of a drinking beverage cup for hot and/or cold liquids and is to be utilized on non-metal beverage drinking cups in general retail and food service establishments including promotional items, sports stadiums, beverage manufacturers and convenience stores. The lid or cap is designed when attached to the non-metal beverage cup to be easily opened and closed by pushing a button on the side of the lid thereby the cap is disengaged allowing a spring loaded straw to be explosed for use by the person
