Providing internet-based non-downloadable software for use in quality improvement programs for oncology practices, namely, providing quality improvement tools and reports for oncology clinicians, providing data analytics and monitoring to help manage performance of oncology practices against quality performance indicators, and managing and submitting quality performance data for specific quality improvement programs, all of the above excluding software used in connection with the receipt, processing, and submission of quote proposal generation, the receipt, processing, and submission of request for proposals, the generation of contracts in connection with, and arising out of, the quote proposal process, the generating of custom-built documents during the process of implementing, managing and automating the request for proposal process, the payment processing of claims, the generating of custom-built documents during the quote proposal process, and the implementation, management and payment of all healthcare, medical, health insurance, reinsurance, property and casualty, dental, ophthalmology, disability, supplemental health, critical illness, hospital indemnity coverage, and prescription benefits claims
