I am filing an application to make SMACZNEGO a registered trademark for the purpose of naming a Restaurant/Bakery and Deli and also to use the mark to label food packages, such as packages of meat, boxes of cookies, etc; I also plan to use the mark SMACZNEGO for a cookbook and an instructional cooking video
