Providing management and consulting services; namely, providing and maintaining a directory and data base of information, resources, services, and products to assist women in mentoring other women; providing support services to assist women in mentoring other women; providing and maintaining an on-line directory of information, resources, services, and products to assist women in mentoring other women; and, providing and maintaining a global computer information network site with links to information, resources, services and products to assist women in mentoring other women.
