Providing residential services in the nature of temporary, emergency, and short- to medium-term supportive housing services for at-risk adolescents and young adults with special psychological, educational and support needs

Providing mental health, behavioral health and psychological screening, assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic counseling and treatment services and medication management in the fields of mental health, behavioral health, addiction, substance abuse, and trauma in adolescent development and interpersonal and family relations for psychologically and emotionally troubled children, adolescents and young adults and their families; providing psychological counseling for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender adolescents and young adults and other at-risk children, adolescents and young adults

Providing case management services, namely, coordinating social, personal care and psychological services for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender adolescents and young adults and other at-risk children, adolescents and young adults; providing emotional counseling and emotional support services for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender adolescents and young adults and other at-risk children, adolescents and young adults
