Birth certificate systems, comprising proprietary computer software and storage media for storing information, for one or more individuals, of the type associated with birth certificates, namely fingerprint, footprint and/or other identifying characteristics, which is read by a reader for obtaining correspondence with the stored information of the type associated with birth certificates
