Marine vessel monitoring systems consisting of a power supply, sensors for detecting shore power, bilge pump, high water, intrusions, smoke, refrigerator temperature, batteries and inputs therefore, diagnostic lights, monitors and keypads, and associated hardware, for remotely conducting interior and exterior periodic inspections of vessels, for remotely monitoring vessels, for remotely sensing the status of various systems on board vessels, for taking immediate corrective action to repair any deficiencies noted during the inspection of vessels, and for immediately reporting or making available the results of inspections and monitoring reports and the corrective actions taken to vessel owners
