Medical and health services, namely, fertility services, in vitro fertilization (IVF), artificial insemination, intrauterine insemination (IUI), assisted hatching, Gamete Intrafallopian Transfer (GIFT), Zygote Intrafallopian Transfer (ZIFT), intracystoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), blastocyst transfer, gender selection services, mock embryo transfers, Hysterosalpingogram (HSG), administering fertility drugs, and semen preparation and HIV sperm washing; providing fertility and reproductive surgeries, namely, surgery related to endometriosis, hydrosalpinx, pelvic adhesions, polyps, laparoscopy, laparotomy, transvaginal hydrolaparoscopy (THL), hysteroscopy, salpingoscopy, and falloposcopy; providing genetic testing and counseling related to fertility patients; providing maternal surrogacy services and medical tourism services, namely, establishing and maintaining a healthcare provider network in other countries for the provision of healthcare services; providing fertility services for men, namely, evaluation and treatment of male factor infertility, sperm retrieval services, and urology services
