Amateur youth sports services, namely, organizing, providing and managing youth sports activities; Encouraging amateur sports and physical education by organizing, promoting, sponsoring, sanctioning, conducting, administering, regulating and governing amateur athletic programs and activities; Instituting, regulating and awarding amateur athletic championships; Maintaining records and certifying record performances of amateur athletes
