Promoting public awareness of issues related to land conservation, regulation and management, environmental issues related thereto, and historic preservation of the Hudson River Valley; lobbying services, namely, promoting the interests of land conservation, regulation and management, environmental issues related thereto and historic preservation of the Hudson River Valley in legislative and regulatory fields; arranging and conducting business conferences on land conservation, environmental advocacy, land use, regulation and management and historic preservation of the Hudson River Valley; administering and managing grant programs for land conservation, management and public use of land in the Hudson River Valley
