Services provided to and/or for the benefit of others, namely, automobile dealers, in support of automobile dealer's customer loyalty efforts directed to automobile buyers and automobile lessees involving, making use of, and/or relating to a system for providing automobile-related information and automobile-related functionality to automobile owners, such system being comprised of an onboard diagnostic device for uploading onboard diagnostic data from an automobile and downloadable mobile application software, such software featuring functionality for processing such diagnostic data, together with functionality and information regarding the automobile and services provided by automobile dealers, including information and functionality regarding automobile performance, trip results, maintenance needs, maintenance history, discounts offered by automobile dealers, scheduling of service appointments with automobile dealers, and other information and functionality relating to automobiles and of specific interest to owners of automobiles; downloadable mobile application software, such software featuring functionality for processing diagnostic data from an automobile, together with functionality and information regarding the automobile and services provided by automobile dealers, including information and functionality regarding automobile performance, trip results, maintenance needs, maintenance history, discounts offered by automobile dealers, scheduling of service appointments with automobile dealers, and other information and functionality relating to automobiles and of specific interest to owners of automobiles; an onboard diagnostic device, intended for use with mobile application software, for uploading onboard diagnostic information from an automobile, including information regarding automobile performance, trip results, maintenance needs, and maintenance history
